1) Cleveland Clinic: 
    As Chief Human Resources Officer—established HR as a critical strategic function; implemented a “people strategy” that increased engagement to world class levels and redefined Cleveland Clinic as a “great place to work and grow;” and built a state of the art HR delivery platform.
2) Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts: 
As Chief Human Resources Officer—established the first formal strategic planning, workforce planning, performance management, and leadership development processes; launched work-life, career development, and employee health programs that significantly increased engagement; and implemented Sarbanes-Oxley standards at the Board level.
3) HP / COMPAQ / Digital Equipment Corporation: As VP of Human Resources for Digital’s Global Multivendor Customer Services Division, played a key role in a worldwide initiative that restored employee morale after major downsizing and positioned the business as a technology industry leader.  After the Compaq merger, selected to lead HR for the combined $4.5B global services division. With HP merger, played a lead role in the integration of HP/Compaq service divisions.
